The construction of the residential park continues to progress smoothly, and we are delighted to share the latest updates on the current status with you.

In recent weeks, several significant milestones have been achieved on the construction site. The piling process has been successfully completed, and the shotcrete for the site boundary is also fully finished. The extensive earthworks on the site are progressing well, with the drilling of geothermal probes successfully completed. The structural concrete work beneath Building “D” has been installed, and the concrete pouring for the foundation slabs beneath “D” building will be completed in full by the end of 2023. Additionally, the first tower crane has been erected on the construction site.

Exciting developments are anticipated in the coming year. In January, the construction of the geothermal probe network will commence, and the concrete pouring for further phases of the foundation slab will continue. The construction of vertical walls and pillars will also commence, providing a clearer picture of the form and structure of the residential park.
