By early December, the diaphragm wall had been fully enclosed and was completely finished. Of the ground anchors supporting it, 41 have been tensioned; only 9 remain to be drilled and tensioned.

Earthwork has begun on the Nádasdy Street side, and the area has been prepared for the next phase of work: pile driving. The installation of the steel reinforcement for the final short section of the header beam is also underway.
