Construction of Waterside Residence continues to progress steadily: the structures are complete, and now only interior design and facade work remains.

Building A: The facade doors and windows and shutters have been completed, as has the concrete screed on every floor, including the common areas and balconies. The entrance doors have been installed on floors 1–8, and the interior doors have also been installed on floors 1–6.

Building B: The brickwork, shaft walls, and basic installations on floors 1–8 have been completed, and the roof waterproofing has been finished. The windows, doors, and shutters have been installed, and the facade insulation is continuing.

Building C: The brickwork, shaft walls, and basic mechanical and electrical installations have been completed on floors 1–8. The roof waterproofing, windows, doors, and shutters have been installed, and the insulation of the facade walls and balconies is in progress.

Building D: The apartments have been plastered and painted for the first time, and the tiling and fitting work is in progress. Entrance doors have been installed on floors 1–8, and interior doors have also been installed on floors 1–6.
