Construction report 2025 February Waterside Residence
As of mid-February, the monolithic framework of sections A, B, C, and D has been fully completed. Work on the site continues at a steady pace, strictly following the schedule and plans.
Wall masonry in sections A and D has been completed, while in sections B and C, it has reached the fourth floor.
Key engineering and electrical installation works are actively underway in all sections of the complex. At the same time, window installation has begun on the first two floors of section A.
In the basement and ground floor, electrical and mechanical systems are being installed, and brick masonry is now 50% complete.
