Construction report 2025 March Parkville Residences
Construction at Parkville Residences continued at full speed throughout March, with several major milestones successfully reached as planned.
The large-scale excavation work has been completed, marking a significant step forward. The geothermal borehole drilling has also been finalised, with exactly 104 boreholes installed beneath the four buildings, totalling 12 kilometres in length.
Following the concreting of the crane island, the first phase of the foundation slab for level -2 was completed, and structural work began on the lowest level of Building C.
By the end of the month, the first tower crane of the project was erected, soon to be followed by two more.
