Just like in nature, spring has brought remarkable changes to the Waterside Residence construction site. Throughout March, work continued on schedule and as planned, with key milestones successfully reached.

Masonry work on Buildings A, B, C, and D has progressed significantly, with the frame infill, partition, and separation walls now completed on all floors. Sealing and mansory of shafts have begun in Building A.

The basic electrical and mechanical installations in the apartments of Buildings B, C, and D are ongoing, while the corridor electrical installations in Building A have been fully completed.

In Buildings A and D, the installation of façade windows and the vapour barrier insulation on the roofs are currently underway.

Meanwhile, in the basement and ground floor, construction of electrical and mechanical tracks is still in progress, while the masonry work has been fully completed.
