Despite the rain, the latest premium residential project on the Marina coast, Waterside Residence, progressed at a spectacular pace.

Buildings "A" and "D":

The basic mechanical and electrical installations, facade doors and windows, shutters, and roof waterproofing have been completed in both buildings. The apartments in building "A" are already being painted and tiled, while in building "D" the machine plastering has been completely finished.

Buildings "B" and "C":

The masonry, mechanical and electrical installations, as well as the roof insulation, have been completed. The facade doors, windows, and shutters have been installed, and plastering and insulation work is in progress.

The project is nearing completion, and the new owners of these premium homes on the marina will soon be able to move in.
