Structural Work at Parkville Residences Is Complete!

In July, the construction of Parkville Residences reached another significant milestone: the monolithic reinforced concrete structural work has been completed. With this, the project has entered a new phase, in which interior finishing work and the final design of the apartments are taking center stage.

Masonry work continues to progress at a remarkable pace. In Building D, the masonry for the apartments has been completed up to the 7th floor, while in Building C, this work has been completed up to the 5th floor. Construction is currently continuing on the upper floors. Specialists are working on the 5th and 6th floors of Building A and on the 1st floor of Building B.

At the same time, the mechanical and electrical systems of the apartments are also being installed. Basic installations are underway in Buildings A, C, and D, while the mechanical contractor is already testing the systems on the 3rd floor, and the installation of the riser pipes has reached the 7th floor. The electrical contractor has completed the basic installation work on the second floor of Building D and is steadily moving on to the next floors.

Facade work has also reached another milestone. Plastic windows and doors have already been installed on the second floor of Buildings A, C, and D, while installation of the third-floor windows has also begun.

Various specialized works continue in the basement levels, and material deliveries for the construction of the ground-source heat pump systems are ongoing. This state-of-the-art, energy-efficient system will be one of the key elements of Parkville Residences’ modern technical solutions.

With the completion of the structural work, the construction of Parkville Residences has entered a new phase. In the coming period, the focus will shift to interior work, while the residential complex moves closer to its final form month by month.
