April report: construction at Waterside Residence Progresses Precisely on Schedule!
Spring brings renewal to Waterside Residence as well. Throughout April, construction continued according to plan, with all four buildings advancing at an impressive pace, bringing us even closer to the targeted completion date at the end of 2025.
The installation of façade windows is ongoing on the 8th floor of Building A, the 2nd floor of Building B, and the 7th floor of Building D. In Building A, the installation of shutters has also begun.
In Buildings B, C, and D, the frame infill, internal partition walls, and floor-to-floor partitions between levels 1 and 8 have been completed.
Roof, façade, and insulation of the balconies' underside works are underway.
Meanwhile, electrical and mechanical system installations are progressing steadily in the basement and on the ground floor.
