Construction report 2025 November Parkville Residences
Parkville Residences – new specialized work at the Parkville construction site!
The masonry contractor has started bricklaying work on the ground floor and is progressing towards Building A. At the same time, the building electrical contractor has started work on the P2 basement level.
Building A:
The second floor has been concreted, and formwork and mechanical and electrical work is underway on the third floor. Structural engineers are finishing the concrete work on the ground floor apartments and storage rooms.
Building B:
The first floor has been concreted, and formwork and mechanical and electrical work is underway on the second floor.
Building C:
The third floor has been concreted, and formwork and mechanical and electrical work is underway on the fourth floor.
Building D:
The floor of the 4th floor has been concreted. This is currently the highest point of the project. The chimney contractor will arrive after the next slab has been completed.
