Spectacular progress has been made on all four buildings of the Waterside Residence. Following the completion of structural work, interior design and facade work has accelerated, and the buildings are steadily approaching their final form.

Building A:

The installation of facade doors, windows, and shutters has been completed. Waterproofing has been completed on the roof of the building, and landscaping work has begun. The apartments have been plastered and the first coat of paint has been applied. Cold and warm flooring is currently being installed.

Building B:

The installation of facade doors and windows and shutters has been completed. The machine plastering of the apartments has been completed. Cold flooring is being installed on floors 1-4.

Building C:

The brickwork for the shafts has been completed, and the machine plastering of the walls and insulation of the balconies is currently underway.

Building D:

The shaft walls in the apartments on floors 1-8 have been completed, and waterproofing has been completed on the roof of the building. Landscaping work has also begun, while cold and warm flooring work is underway on floors 1-8.

The installation of electrical and mechanical systems is underway in the basement and on the ground floor, and ceiling insulation work has continued.
