Parkville Residences – construction has reached a new level!

Structural work on the Parkville project continues apace, while the cooling and heating panel and electrical contractors are also working quickly.

Over the past month, the floor slab above the ground floor has been completed in all parts of the building, marking another milestone in the construction process!

Building A:

The steel reinforcement for the floor slab above the first floor is being installed, while the systems to be embedded in the concrete slab are being installed precisely according to schedule.

Building B:

The steel reinforcement and concreting of the vertical structures on the first floor is already underway. This floor will house the future living spaces.

Building C:

The formwork for the floor above the second floor has been completed.

Building D:

The concreting of the floor above the second floor has been successfully completed, adding another structural level to the building.

Parking levels:

Preparation of level -2 has been completed, so the second basement level is ready for masonry work to begin.

The Parkville project is progressing steadily, spectacularly and according to plan — getting closer to its final form with each passing month!
