All buildings at Waterside Residence have reached a new stage of completion, with structural work now giving way to interior design and facade work.

Building A:

The shaft wall closures and basic mechanical and electrical installations have been completed on floors 1–8.

The facade doors and windows and shutters have been installed, the screed concrete has been completed, and landscaping work has begun.

Facade insulation and painting are in progress, as well as plastering, painting, and tiling in the apartments.

Entrance and interior doors have been installed on floors 1-6.

Building B:

The masonry, mechanical and electrical installations on floors 1-8 have been completed, and the roof waterproofing has been finished.

The windows, doors, and shutters have been installed, and the facade insulation is in progress.

The screed has been completed on all floors, and machine plastering has been completed up to the 7th floor and is in progress on the upper floors.

Smoothing and painting work is underway on the lower floors.

Building C:

The masonry, mechanical and electrical installations and roof waterproofing have been completed.

The installation of doors, windows, and shutters has been completed, and the screed has been laid on all floors.

Machine plastering has been completed up to the 6th floor and is in progress on the upper floors.

Flooring, plastering, and painting are underway on the lower floors.

Building D:

The shaft walls, basic mechanical and electrical installations, and the installation of doors, windows, and shutters have been completed on floors 1–8.

The concrete screed has been laid, and work has begun on waterproofing the roof and landscaping the garden.

Facade insulation and interior finishing work are in progress, and entrance and interior doors have already been installed on floors 1–6.

Basement and ground floor:

The installation of electrical and mechanical lines and ceiling insulation work are in progress.

The project is progressing steadily in all areas, with the facades and interior spaces gradually taking their final shape.
