Construction of Parkville Residences entered another spectacular phase in April: the slabs above the 9th floor have been completed in Buildings B and D, marking the project’s current highest point. The development is thus getting closer and closer to turning the plans into real, livable homes.

Building C is following this pace closely, where formwork for the slab above the 9th floor is already underway, while in Building A, specialized contractors are working on the fittings for the 8th-floor slab. Masonry work is closely following the structural construction: in Buildings C and D, partition walls are being erected on the 3rd floor, while in Building A, bricklaying is progressing on the 2nd floor, so the interior spaces of the apartments are already taking shape.

Meanwhile, on the basement levels, mechanical and electrical conduits are being installed, laying the groundwork for the basic apartment-level installations set to begin in early May. The next phase of the project is further reinforced by the fact that the contractor for the heat pump system has begun work on the mechanical room, while the measurement of doors and windows has also been completed on the first floors.

Parkville Residences is no longer just a plan, but a real investment project under rapid construction, where new homes are coming to life!
