February marked another milestone for Parkville Residences: structural work is progressing rapidly, and the first specialist trades have already begun. Progress is evident on every building in the project – the homes of the future are becoming increasingly tangible.

Building "A" – the spaces of the apartments are taking shape

In Building "A," the slab above the 4th floor has been completed, and preparations are already underway for the concreting of the 5th floor.

Bricklaying is ongoing on the first and second floors, so it is becoming increasingly clear how the final spaces of the apartments will take shape. The structure is rising day by day, and the apartments are taking shape.

Building "B" – leading the way

Building "B" is currently the fastest-progressing part of the project: the concrete slab above the 6th floor has been completed, putting it ahead of Building C in terms of structural readiness. The team is already working on finishing the surfaces of the apartments and corner balconies on the 4th floor – here, not only the structure of the building but also the details are becoming increasingly visible.

Building "C" – steady pace, continuous progress

In Building C, the concrete slab above the 5th floor has been completed, and the formwork for the 6th floor is already being prepared for the next phase. Meanwhile, the corridors and apartment partition walls are being built on the first floor, further shaping the interior structure of the building. The layout of the apartments is already clearly visible.

Building "D" – spectacular progress

Thanks to the internal transport system, building "D" is progressing at a rapid pace: with two more floors now concreted, it has already reached the 6th floor. Work continues on the interior walls on the first floor, while building materials for the next phases of work are continuously arriving on the upper floors.
