Waterside Residence – getting closer to handing over the Marina-side homes

The construction of Waterside Residence has reached another spectacular milestone: interior design and facade work is underway simultaneously in all buildings of the project, so the future homes are no longer just plans, but are taking shape as a tangible reality. The current phase of construction is clearly focused on finishing touches – the details that will soon define the final look of one of the newest premium residential buildings on the Marina waterfront.

Building "A" – final living spaces are being prepared

In building "A," the basic technical installations for the apartments have been completed on all floors, the shaft walls have been closed, and the facade doors, windows, and shutters have been installed.

The screed concrete has been completed in the apartments and common areas, while the painting and tiling work has already been completed on the lower floors. The interior doors have also been installed on several floors, so the final spatial experience of the apartments is already clearly perceptible. Waterproofing has been completed on the roof of the building, landscaping work has begun, and the state-of-the-art ground source heating system has been commissioned.

Building "B" – spectacular progress on all levels

All structural and masonry work on Building "B" has been completed, and the mechanical and electrical systems for the apartments have been installed. With the installation of doors, windows, and shutters, the exterior character of the building is becoming increasingly apparent, while the thermal insulation of the facades and balconies is progressing steadily. Painting, plastering, and tiling work is currently underway in the interior spaces, in parallel with the commissioning of the modern heat pump and ground source heating system.

Building "C" – homes take shape

In Building "C", the bricklaying and basic installation work has also been completed, the roof waterproofing has been finished, and the facade doors and windows have been installed. Following the completion of the plastering and screed work, painting and tiling is now underway on several floors, while landscaping work has begun in the outdoor areas. The energy-efficient ground source heating system has also been commissioned here, ensuring long-term sustainable and cost-effective operation.

Building "D" – the final appearance has been revealed

In building "D," the basic installations and screed layers have been completed, and the facade doors and windows and the entrance doors to the apartments have been installed. The first colored sample surface is already visible on the facade, giving a preview of the building's final appearance. Intensive work is underway on the cold and warm flooring in the apartments, and mechanical and electrical installations have also begun. The ground source heating system has also been launched here, further enhancing the technical standard of the project.
