The construction of Waterside is progressing at a spectacular pace in all four buildings.

Building A:

The shaft walls on floors 1–8 have been completed, as have the basic mechanical and electrical installations and the installation of doors, windows, and shutters. The painting of the apartments on the lower floors has been completed, and the tiling, fitting, and facade work is currently underway. The geothermal heating system has been started up.

Building B:

The structural and interior masonry work on the building has been completed, the basic installations have been finished, and the roof waterproofing is also complete. The facade doors, windows, and shutters are already in place, the heat pumps have been installed, and the ground source heating system has been started up.

Building C:

The masonry and basic installations have been completed on all floors, and the roof insulation is ready. The windows and shutters have been installed, and the screed concreting and plastering have been completed. Painting and tiling are already underway, while the facade construction and landscaping work are also progressing.

Building D:

The basic installations, screed concreting and installation of doors and windows have been completed in the building. The roof waterproofing has been completed and landscaping has begun. The interior surfaces of the apartments have been painted, and tiling and fitting are underway, as is the facade work. Mechanical and electrical work in the basement and on the ground floor is also progressing steadily.
