The Waterside Residence has entered the final phase of construction

The focus of construction at the Waterside Residence is now increasingly shifting to the final finishing touches. In recent weeks, significant progress has been made in the interior design of all buildings, while the common areas, balconies, and rooftop gardens are gradually taking on their final appearance.

In Buildings “A” and “D,” on floors 1 through 8, the installation of flooring and wall coverings in the apartments has been completed, as has the installation of plumbing fixtures and fittings—including faucets, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs. Final painting work is currently underway in the apartments, while flooring, suspended ceilings, and painting are being completed in the hallways.

In Buildings “B” and “C,” interior construction work is also progressing steadily. Floor tiling is already complete on most floors, while wall tiling is also underway. The skimming and painting of the apartments are well underway, and aluminum windows and doors have been installed in all buildings.

The facades are also getting closer and closer to their final appearance. The cladding of the balconies is nearing completion, and the installation of the glass railings and their support structures has also begun. These elements not only define the character of the buildings but also further enhance the modern architectural appearance of Waterside Residence.

Spectacular progress has also been made on the rooftop levels. Landscaping work is now almost entirely complete; all that remains is the planting of vegetation, which will give the communal rooftop gardens their final look.

In the background, work on the mechanical and electrical systems is also ongoing. Work is underway on connecting the heat pumps, conducting water retention and pressure tests, and implementing the next phases of electrical network installation on the ground floor and the -1 level. In addition, waterproofing work on the ground-floor slab and the installation of the layer sequence have begun.

The current stage of construction already clearly reflects the final quality of Waterside Residence. As finishing work progresses, the residential complex on the banks of the Danube is taking shape more and more each day, offering its future residents modern technical solutions, premium materials, and well-thought-out architectural details.
