The Parkville Residences project has reached another milestone: structural work is progressing steadily, and the apartments are taking shape as the installation of mechanical and electrical systems begins on the ground and first floors. The main utility lines have been installed in the basement levels, and the state-of-the-art heat pumps have arrived, ensuring the project’s energy-efficient operation.

Building A – Stable Foundations, Steady Progress

At Building A, structural work and masonry are proceeding in parallel, laying a solid foundation for further development. The slab above the fifth floor is complete, and by the end of the month, the slab above the sixth floor will also be in place. Concrete finishing work on the fourth floor is preparing the way for the next level’s masonry tasks, while on the first floor, the walls of the final apartments are being laid, and the necessary materials are already available for the second floor.

Building B – Dynamic Construction

The structural work on Building B is progressing at a steady pace; the concrete pour for the slab above the seventh floor is already underway, in parallel with the construction of the vertical structures of the floors. On the two-story section on Tóth Kálmán Street, the slab above the ground floor has been completed, and the formwork for the first floor has also been installed. The cable tray route has been laid out on the basement levels, and the first rainwater gutters have been installed, ensuring the smooth installation of the mechanical systems.

Building C – From Structure to Living Space

At Building C, it is already clearly visible how the structure is taking shape as living space, as the floor slab above the sixth level has been completed, and preparations for the seventh level will be finished by the end of the month. On the first floor, the masonry work has been completed, and on the second floor, the corridor and infill walls are being actively constructed. Following the approval of the electrical and mechanical sample installations, the basic installation work in the apartments is continuing with a larger workforce.

Building D – The Project’s High Point

Building D is currently the project’s high point, where the formwork for the slab above the eighth floor has already been completed, and the installation of the electrical and slab-panel cooling and heating systems is underway. Basic installation work has begun on the ground-floor apartments, while the contractor is organizing additional resources for the upper floors. Masonry work on the first and second floors is proceeding steadily, ensuring that the development of living spaces progresses at a steady pace on every level of the building.
