Significant progress has been made on all buildings at Parkville Residences.

All four buildings have reached the level of the top slabs, so their final dimensions are now clearly visible.

In Buildings B, C, and D, the cooling and heating panels integrated into the slabs have been completed, as has the installation of the junction boxes required for the electrical system. During the month, the concrete work for the 10th-floor columns and walls was completed, and the parapet walls for the penthouse terraces were also finished.

Interior work is closely following the structural construction. In Buildings C and D, bricklaying is currently underway on the 4th floor, while preparations for the 5th and 6th floors are also in progress. In Buildings A and B, preparatory work is taking place on the 4th-floor levels.

In the background, mechanical and electrical work is expanding to cover an increasingly larger area. In the basement levels, the final cable tray routes are being laid, while the basic mechanical installations and plumbing systems for the apartments are already being installed on the 2nd floor of Building D and on the 1st floor of Buildings A and C. Electrical work has also begun on the first floor of Building D.

Another spectacular milestone followed in May: the first windows and doors arrived for the project. Installation is already underway on the ground floor, while measurements and manufacturing processes are also taking place on the first and second floors.

The current phase of construction at Parkville Residences clearly illustrates the project’s progress: structural work is increasingly giving way to interior finishing work and the elements that will define the buildings’ final appearance. Every completed floor, installed system, and new construction phase brings us closer to the project’s goal of offering modern, energy-efficient homes in one of Budapest’s most dynamically developing neighborhoods.
