Not even the heatwave can stop us from keeping the construction of the Waterside Residence on track!

On the A part of the building, from the basement to the 3rd floor, the vertical and horizontal formwork, concrete, reinforcing steel structures are 100% complete, and the construction of the 4th floor vertical structure is currently underway.

For parts B and C, the vertical and horizontal formwork, concrete, reinforcing steel structures on the basement and ground floor are fully done, the construction of the vertical structures on the 1st floor is more than 50% complete and the formwork of the slab has started.

In building D, from the basement to the 3rd floor, the vertical and horizontal formwork, concrete, reinforcing steel structures are 100% complete, and the works on the slab above the 4th floor are in progress: installation of cooling-heating panels, electrical works and installation of reinforcing steel.

The vertical structures on the ground floor of the underground garage are complete, the concreting of the slab above ground floor is 50% complete.
