Even the hottest month of summer did not pass idly by, as construction of the Waterside Residence continued unabated, proceeding according to preliminary plans.

Buildings "A" and "D":

The closure of the shaft walls inside the apartments, the basic mechanical and electrical installations, the installation of the facade doors and windows and shutters, and the machine plastering on all floors have been completed. Currently, tiling, painting, and plastering work is underway in the apartments and stairwells. The installation of the elevators has been completed.

Buildings "B" and "C":

The bricklaying of the apartments, basic mechanical installation, and vapor barrier insulation of the roof have been completed. Currently, the installation of facade doors and windows, plastering of the apartments, and insulation of the balconies are underway. The installation of one of the elevators in building "B" has been completed.

The installation of electrical and mechanical systems continues in the basement and on the ground floor.
