1. What are Intergal Group's plans for 2026? How many new construction projects will be launched this year?

In 2026, Intergal Group will continue to focus on growth and new opportunities with the aim of creating high-quality, comfortable homes for those looking to buy. In addition to the two residential parks currently under construction, we plan to start at least two new large-scale residential park construction projects during the year.

2. Where will the new residential parks be built?

As with our previous developments, the new projects will be located in Budapest's 9th and 13th districts. We consider these parts of the city to be particularly charming, and perhaps most importantly, they perfectly meet the expectations of modern urban living. We are proud that our investments can contribute to the further growth of these two dynamically developing districts.

3. What is the concept behind the new residential projects?

Each of our projects is unique and carefully planned, taking into account the needs of future residents and the character of the district. We pay special attention to the creation of well-thought-out community spaces, high-level functionality, and solutions that serve everyday comfort, as well as energy efficiency, in order to create a livable environment where every day is a joy.

4. How many new homes will Intergal Group create in addition to the existing ones?

In addition to the 788 apartments already under construction at Waterside Residence and Parkville Residences, the two new projects will represent a significant increase in capacity: we plan to build approximately 270 new apartments in Budapest's 9th district and 370 in the 13th district.
