Construction continued at a brisk pace at the Parkville Residences residential complex.

By the end of November, 93% of the diaphragm wall work had been completed, and in connection with this, work began as early as the second week of November on installing the temporary anchors required prior to earthwork. By the end of the month, a total of 32 anchors had been drilled and 7 had been tensioned. Construction of the header beam required for the continuation of the structure is 35% complete. responsible for the geothermal borehole and regarding the earthworks necessary for the pile driving scheduled to begin in January 2025.
