Do you regularly go out to construction sites?

While my main role focuses on reviewing and approving drawings, I truly enjoy visiting construction sites. It’s inspiring to see how the lines on paper transform into something tangible and beautiful. Witnessing the progress and seeing our designs come to life is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

What are you proud of at the Waterside Residence?

I am particularly proud of the meticulous planning and design that ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our team is working very thoroughly to find solutions that will allow us to choose high-quality materials and the latest technologies while maintaining an affordable price.

What makes it special?

For me, it’s really hard to choose just one thing because this project includes so many advantages.
