Although the weather in June was much wetter than usual, construction continued apace on the Waterside Residence, which is being built in one phase.

Construction of the 3rd floor vertical structures on Building ‘A’ is now underway and the ironwork is 90% complete.

In building ‘B’, the car ramp has been completed and the first phase of the reinforcement of the slab above ground level is underway.

The car ramp in building ‘C’ is also complete and the concreting of the vertical structures on the ground floor is 70% complete.

In building ‘D’, the installation of the cooling-heating ceiling panels for the slab above the 3rd floor is in progress.
